MN Trip

I got back safely to Washington, and brought the heat from the midwest with me.   this weekend was up in the 90's
Becca and I went for a bike ride and almost melted.  I did get to ride on my birthday too.  so two days of riding.  thats the way to start out a new year.  =) 
I took pictures of the farmhouse and some of the photos that my mom has been collecting.  I think she should get them scanned into digital soon to preserve them.  I spent some time just taking photos of photos, just because, and they turned out pretty well.
I have no idea who some people are.   Mom was going to figure that out,  I do know there is at least one of mom and dad's wedding picture. 
Also there are two recipes from grandma.
Anyway, things are going ok here,  we have blackberry bushes blooming and by august should be reading for picking.

Birthday Plans

I am trying to figure out now what to do for my birthday. Becca's
sister is having a baby shower. at our place. and on my birthday.
=) hmmm
I guess I am kicked out of my house? eh thats ok actually. I will
probably end up riding my bike on some adventure or going up to
Seattle and exploring the city.
w'll see.
yea Becca's youngest sister Melissa , aka Mel is pregnant. has been
for a few months now. she married a great guy and they thought they
would get things rolling really fast.
they already have the name picked out , Adain, it will be a boy.
pretty exciting in the leaf family these days. That takes the
pressure off Becca and I for at least another year. =)

Hoping to do something fun for my birthday,

PS Becca says I better say that she is going to throw me a great great
big BBQ / backyard party the day before. She is a goode goode wyfe
(yes that was KJV you just read) and she is not kicking me out of the
house on my b-day, but she might kick me out other times. don't
worry, I am building a dog house w/ my woodworking tools. I should
have it in time for winter. =) just in case..
