I am speaking to a customer about the rules and restrictions associated with a hotel that he purchased on the website. unfortunately it is subject to 100% cost of stay penalty now that he has checked into the hotel. he is disputing it saying that he was missinformed as to the location and rules and restrictions.
he agreed to the hotel and charged for the rates. He is a major buisness owner, and will tell his friends
he is complaining that we will not help him. We are bound to the rules and restricitons of the hotel.
cannot refund money b/c it is non refundable.
